Ileana and Yami beat Alia- flashback - Page 2

For me theres no such thing as good role. Is upto an actor to make the role good. If Alia succeeds where these girls dont than its good on her 🥳

Whenever Yami got chance she showed what a good actor she is . Be it Vicky Donor, Kaabil or Baala .

BTW, why is Ileana gaining a lot of weight these days?

Illena is good i would say as good as alia she was wonderful in barfi illena just didn't got many opportunities to showcase her talent

She was good in Barfi, that is why she won all the debut awards, not Alia.

But post that she hasn't done anything of note, nothing. Why should I stick to the old performances, and say they beat Alia or are far better than her.

Ileana may be as talented as Alia(although I haven't seen that in her performances that), but what has she done to show that?? Ek Barfi isn't enough IMO.

Yami wasn't good in Kaabil and had a good performance in Vicky, but it wasn't some earth shattering performance.

Alia herself isn't a great actress, she is also strictly good at most but I haven't seen Yami or Illeana bring anything of note miles better than her in any thing dancing, acting or screen presence, to make it like they are so so much better than Alia. Looks and sex appeal wise, yes, but talent wise no.

Yes. Illeana was soo good in Barfi. She would have definitely done better if she too had got good scripts. It's sad to see that all she only got irrelevant roles in movies like main Tera Hero, mubarakan, etc

Yami Gautam was by far my favourite debut of 2012. I love her expressions and she's so beautiful. I predicted that she would be the next Madhuri Dixit but I was wrong (again). I'm glad she's doing well lately, and her profile is at it's highest ever as of right now. She was amazing in her short role in Badlapur which I felt went by unnoticed.

Ileana was good in Barfi but she's so overrated. She was bland in Mubarakan. At least Alia can shine in awful films like Shaandaar.

Ileana is one of those rare actresses who can carry off both a song like Besharmi and Phir Le Aaya Dil with equal finesse. She is a rare talent.
