Shaadi Ki Baatien…

This Diwali you can expect a lot of entertainment from this movie. Now we all know Shaadi No.1 is going to be a hoot this Diwali. There were so many comical errors going on during the shoot that one wonders if one actually required to shoot for the movie. Just include these side-splitting capers and you have a laugh riot all the way.
Main, meri outfit aur woh…
Just before the release of any film, one hears of stars talking about how the unit worked as a 'family.' However, predictably so, it turned out that the actresses Aarti, Sophie and Riya were not exactly best of friends. We hear that the dress rehearsals were a nightmare! Each actress wanted to know about the others outfit and check if hers was better. With so many actresses in the film, the cat fights were inevitable! But we're sure it was some good entertainment for the others!
Aarti's chilling experience
During Shaadi No.1, Aarti Chhabria had a scene wherein she was supposed to be in the sea and sharks attack her. Fardeen was supposed to rescue the damsel in distress. The scene involved her screaming. Now, Aarti wasn't exactly prepared for the cold water. When she stepped into the water, it was so cold that she started yelping, sharks or no sharks. And everyone thought she was a natural! Quite a funny story, this one!
Ayesha Takia on a high
No we are not talking about her career but about her latest film Shaadi No.1. Apparently she is totally scared of heights and unfortunately for her the climax of the film was shot at a very high level above ground. Knowing her weakness, the crew intentionally had her retake a particular shot over and over again. Poor Ayesha! This was totally the heights.
Sophie's booty encounter!
Quite a few interesting incidents took place on the sets of Shaadi No.1. A scene with Zayed and Sophie had to be canned. In the scene, Zayed was supposed to push Sophie in the shower, to hide her from Sanjay Dutt. Now, Sophie was dressed in quite a hot number along with leather boots, which were her own. It happened so, that David Dhawan decided to try something else for the shot. He made them stand on a balcony which had a pool just below it. And Zayed picked her up and threw her into the pool! Poor Sophie, emerged from the pool, with her leather boots completely wrecked! Now don't worry Sophie! If Shaadi No.1 is a hit, you can buy all the boots you want!
