Sneha was real daughter of Anupre. But this time around, ekta gave this name to kuki to show the difference or whatever reason but the track flopped with Sneha getting nothing to do and she's packed up. Now, I feel, if at all the show sustains till that point of second baby, or prerna's this epic pregnancy finally culminates into a baby girl first this time, or if she has twins one boy one girl, she'll name her after her foster daughter...uske yaad mein pyaar mein...aur iss baar Sneha hogi Sneha Basu🤪
