Fountains of arrogance are allergic to sympathy, because the latter implies (for them) weakness - and in general, vulnerability. Shukla’s the type that would cut off his nose to spite his face - I doubt his gigantic ego could handle a bid for sympathy.

He thrives on sycophants and the validation they provide of his superiority.

I totally agree with you. Siddarth Shukla is the only one himself in the house and Rashmi is unneccessary trying to drag him in every conversation of hers. Siddarth does have anger issues but that is his personality and he is very transparent with it. He is playing the game very well and deserves to be the winner. All others Sana, Shehnaz, Asim and Abu is also themselves and each one of them have their own personality whether we hate them or love them but Rashmi is the only contestatnt trying to act as an angel when she is not one.
