I've been in that position. In fact sometimes I still get very anxious and stressed.

I find writing down my feelings and thoughts to be very helpful. I feel a lot lighter. May be you can try that. It'll help I'm sure. 🤗 Just write down whatever is going on in your mind or bothering you. Making a gratitude journal sounds cheesy but it helps too. 😅

Another thing that really helps is doing breathing exercises like left right nostril alternative breathing. I think it's called Pranayam? or in moments when you're feeling too overwhelmed just simply take a deep breath.

There's a relaxation technique called Jacobson's progressive relaxation technique. It lowers anxiety. And it's very easy too.

You're welcome.🤗 And I'm glad you're feeling better.

Pranayam is the best for mental health. Just make sure that when you practice it the surface on ground should be hard. Also remember the 4-4-6-2 thing, that is, first inhale for 4 counts through one nostril.. then hold your breath for 4 counts.. then release breath from another nostril for 6 counts and then hold for 2 counts.

Yes Google Jacobson's technique you'll find it easily. My therapist had taught me that. You can learn from YouTube etc easily too. 😊

That makes sense. I was just so amazed at the second clip here. There is no way she would have been able to make that without a professional team.

I will try all these to calm my anxiety. Keepibg myself busy with Cookin now. Its a stress buster 😁
