I've been in that position. In fact sometimes I still get very anxious and stressed.
I find writing down my feelings and thoughts to be very helpful. I feel a lot lighter. May be you can try that. It'll help I'm sure. 🤗 Just write down whatever is going on in your mind or bothering you. Making a gratitude journal sounds cheesy but it helps too. 😅
Another thing that really helps is doing breathing exercises like left right nostril alternative breathing. I think it's called Pranayam? or in moments when you're feeling too overwhelmed just simply take a deep breath.
There's a relaxation technique called Jacobson's progressive relaxation technique. It lowers anxiety. And it's very easy too.
