Azaan is such an amazing husband. He knew what Noor would do and what shayra would do and he planned it all accordingly, ofcourse when he has RB with him. I am sure RB made Noor read that message. the mother -son duo is great in planning stuff

I am loving RB more and more every passing day. i am noticing they are giving her more screen space these days n i am very happy about it. Simone is a treat to watch as RB. I loved all of her scenes and how clear this woman is in her thoughts. She might be upset with someone but she will never forget her duty as RB, as Ammi and as mother-in-law. She makes the person realise his/her mistake but at the same time also knows what she should do. Like in 18th sep episode, she didn't let shayra hug her coz at that point she wanted her to realise that it was a big mistake and RB is still upset with her but in the second scene, she did all the things she should do. I love her balanced character. Hence she is THE Bahu Begam.

only thing i didn't like is Azaan and Razia have to PLAN all this so that Shayra and Azaan could spend time together. I did not see any effort by Shayra in this. I know her point of view is different and she didn't like the way Azaan behaved with Noor, also she doesn't want to come in between Noor and azaan etc. but it's her birthday. and Azaan has every right to celebrate his wife's birthday. I feel for Azaan really. How many efforts that poor guy alone has to take to be with his wife and still that man doesn't complain to shayra at all. Thank god RB is there with him.

Anyway, i am happy with the way things are progressing.😊

Well said. Going through this thread makes me want to believe in humanity again after having read some incredibly shocking comments elsewhere, slandering every other character to glorify and defend Noor (OF ALL!!). I don't believe that Azaan, Raziya begum and Shayra are perfect... They are pretty flawed themselves... But there's a difference between provoked retaliation and unprovoked evil action. I don't see how labelling Azaan/RB as cruel, for retaliating against his so called best friend who quite willingly ruined his life, will solve larger issues like script, TRP, actors' relevance and standing, body of work etc etc. These are not things that anyone can control and slandering other characters will only make said people look like A grade fools. And what good will glorifying an evil character achieve in any way whatsoever?

India Forums has been surprisingly good with discussions related to Bahu Begum and all of you are doing a great job esp TM. This thread has posters with myriad balanced opinions, almost every character gets called out reasonably and there's room for dissent. Kudos!!

Writers fail in many things but one thing they got right is that characters act according to their age.

Razia Begum comes with bitter experience, she has been in a battle field all her life, fighting for herself and women around her. Her experience and learnings are part of her character development, she is a very mature woman.

Shaira is copy of Razia in every aspect but Shaira lacks the maturity Razia has, Azaan is mature but again he is very young so he is impulsive.

Shaira didn't make any effort because she doesn't have to, all she had to do was ask Azaan for a week without Noor and he will give it to her, the man is besotted with her. I feel for him too 💔💔

It is a surprise for me too but thankfully Arjit fans and Samiksha fan like Yezabel have been very good, forums are toxic due to fan wars and we don't have that here 😂

And this gets ignored for some reason. It's truly disturbing. There's a fundamental difference between Azaan and Shayra. Of all things, they have well established this difference. He has repeatedly told her to learn to say NO, about extending a hand of help to a snake, etc etc. That's him. He will not take things lying down and will get back, unlike Shayra who tries to see other's POV and give benefit of doubt. Noor has had a huge hand in ruining his life and he wouldn't be sitting over this fact. I don't understand how he becomes a monster when he is giving it back to the girl who didn't even flinch while he was about to shoot himself and then went on to insult his wife and mother. (I don't condone his action of threatening suicide but as a matter of fact, Noor wasn't bothered.) As you mentioned elsewhere, characters are now reacting as per their situations and age etc. But the difference between frustrated reactions and pure evil behaviour cannot be bridged simply for actors' sake! However hard one might try, demonising Azaan or Raziya CANNOT cover for Noor! What logic is that?

If people were matured enough to understand that all actors made their CHOICES with regards their roles... And if nothing else, it's definitely adding to their body of work... such toxic senseless fan wars wouldn't have become the norm.
