Mini catching the rice grains did two things- Mini being Babita's mother there. It's usually the child that separates from the mother after the wedding. Btw it'd be really rude if HS doesn't consider Mini for that and act as promised, welcoming the mother daughter alike. I don't want him to just forget her or ignore her.

In all that HS said today, he never once discarded his feelings for his daughter or reduced her importance in his life. He still maintained that she was the most important. He was hurting so much but was still willing to walk away from this wedding, from Babita, and by extension even Minnie, just for her happiness. Minnie ko gnore karne ka sawaal hi paida nahin hota.

He is grappling with the doubt that the daughter, jispe woh jaan chhidakta hai, doesn't love him after all.

exactly what is HS angry for? And why was the anger still there in him after mini reverse counted. That his wedding date got ruined. well so blame it on mini that his wedding date got ruined because of her carelessness, . why blame her that she dint want him to marry in the first place.

Does he think that all the time mini and he spent after the appendicitis track was a farce. he has today insulted all those moments by doubting her intention.

I actually read the scene quite differently. He was not angry but hurt and he did not doubt her. He started doubting himself for the first time as her father.

Nope, his putting his hand up is a common gesture when he doesn't want someone else to interrupt him as he is dealing with another person. He did the same when Babita was trying to intervene between Minnie and him today.

So the writers were serious when they said Mini's hero will fall from grace 😵

The guy who trusted Minnie more than he trusts Babita suddenly believes that she could do something so cheap Minnie stood by his side against Babita, and he knows how much she loves and respects him, especially after the scene where she told him if there's anyone who deserves her Babes, it's him, yet he doubted her ugghh CVs why this inconsistency 😡

Anyways their tweets seem to be true as Minnie is the victim here and Hanita will be guilt ridden later on 🥱 This show started off as being realistic and simple, but lately they've been going overboard with everything. They're ruining all the characters for Minnie 😵 The favoritism is more than obvious now 😒

and i think mini never realised how much pain babita was hiding. she always felt that she knows her babes and knows her pain. that was mini's immaturity and babita's maturity that she did not let her pain hurt mini.

babita can obviously not share everything with mini. she is a child and her daughter.

the intensity of the pain adn hurt is what is shocking mini.

It takes me back to the scene where Babita had told Minnie that she had tolerated eveything for her. It was labelled off as her trying to bounce it off so that her ego isn't hurt, but now I'm thinking otherwise. If Babes was truly egoistic, then why didn't it speak up in those 17 years? Now that it finally has the chance to do so, she's being villainized?

In some ways, her actions were wrong, like making HS apologize in a demeaning way or asking him to prove his love for her in a public setting, but she'll learn how to articulate herself with time. After years of being kept silent, she's finally speaking up. I say, let her.

I'm aware it's a common gesture but it felt like it was almost a sign. The conversation was between Babes and Minni and Minni stepped forward towards Babes and he put his hand out stopping her in her tracks

It seems like a lot more than a gesture to me

The only reason I can think is that HS has taken Mini to seriously remember Ashok today. He was sincerely hurt cause he really loves Mini. And to think that she was missing her father today might've hurted this one father a lot.

Since he felt she had hurted him (throwing him back to the phase where she had hurted him indeed), he hurted her back.

I can very well imagine now, how low and bad HS would've felt to think that Mini ko Ashok ki yaad aa rahi thi with himself around.

Oh damn, I really want a very emotional reunion for them already!

He was feeling as if he would never be good enough as her father but I don't think he set out to hurt her, he was just expressing his own hurt, which he previously hadn't done. Just as with the Poonam incident, HS had said he was hurt by Babita's words, here he spoke of feeling hurt because of Minnie. I am really glad about it.

And no one thot as to how hurt Minni will be..she is 17..to hear something like that from her HS...it's alot

And he even questioning how the dvd got out of Babes closet was weird...cause he saw all the boxes Minni was carrying

I didn't get his line of reasoning...
