A bit of both. Active on social media, now PC movie is coming out but otherwise she has been missing from BW. Ash yes hasn't been very active and Kareena is judging a dance show. I get why people want to vote their fav and maybe I don't quite agree/understand on the purpose of this list. Is it to assess who has upped their game in a particular time or just simply who people vote for and thats that? If the latter then kinda pointless.

Even when Priyanka was not doing BW movies, she was still creating buzz in India with her adventures in the West. A lot of Indians follow that too. Ash for example disappeared from movies for five long years when Aaradhya was born but she still kept featuring in the list because people kept taking her name as someone they love.

I don't know why you say it's pointless - because it still captures which actresses are ruling people's hearts. Kangana may have upped her game but people just don't love her as much. The latter is a far more important and relevant metric for brands or producers to cast actresses.
