Me too! When I read that he has a theater background I figured that's where he spent most of his years but I was surprised to find out that he was on screen quite a lot.

He is her hero, and ours too. For me, this character has redefined the concept and the possibilities for heroes on ITV.

Yes, and other writers should see him as a prime example. They don't need to mold their characters into what we've already seen on screen. It is possible to showcase sensitive and wise men and still have them be appreciated with the utmost respect and love. Being empathetic doesn't equate to weakness or being too feminine. Rather, I find it to be the true source of being strong.

Again, this is fab writing. I remember him saying he never opened his mouth in front of NB but it must have hurt him.

I wonder what stopped him. As a police officer, surely he must have voiced his objections to the way she was being treated. Or maybe have Imarti talk to Naeem Bi but Naeem Bi herself never chose to take action?

Oh yeah, life is a forward spiral. I loved the scene for it was really simple but hight thought. It's stayed with me since. I've really learned a lot through this character.

When that scene played, I was left stunned. You know how in those mythological shows, they show characters gaining wisdom and there's that twinkling music in the background and people have this blissful and overly happy look on their face? I was kinda like that. 😆

I appreciated how for Babita's every finality, Hanuman Uncle broke that negative thinking. It really is a matter of perception.

Again it is astounding how he grew from being that playful lighthearted character we see in flashbacks to this man with such deep thinking and wisdom. She really did make him who he is, in life and in death.

I am wondering if they will bring up NB's abuse and if Imarti had known. I am actually now thinking about it.

I agree and I hope this show encourages other PHs to take a leap of faith, to keep trying and rather shut down than distort characters. I think having limited series will help a lot because the commitment is for a shorter duration, giving people time to be creative.

Aahhh, and that's why I have so much respect for the woman. She's just... aahh, Idek. I'm left speechless sometimes.

I guess they'll do it only if it's relevant. Imarti would have definitely known and would've advised Naeem Bi to speak up about it. I wonder if she ever said something to Mirza Sahab or treated him coldly because of his actions. 🤔

He has redefined what it takes to be a leading man on television .... Had it been a regular show the hero would have sacrificed for his lady and jataaofied it. HS is not doing that right now
