HS most definitely was in the house at the time of imarti's death otherwise there would be no case. Going off what was shown today, HS must have gotten into a fight with his father and/or Mirza, in the attempt to break the fight imarti might have fallen/pushed down the stairs or balcony. She could have been pregnant too.

Another scenario might be that she was murdered by someone else (like a thief or someone arrested by HS) but HS might have been sleeping or in another room and was not able to save her but he was the one to find her.

I can only think of these two scenarios where HS is still innocent but also explains his guilt.

Makes sense. But his repeatedly saying that his love killed her doesn't fit in here. I think it'll be different than these but then I can't think of anything else!

I am still wondering if his father is alive.

They mentioned her looking after him before, and her father said the same thing.

Ah no. Can't handle any more drunkards/drinking issues. He may reappear later to create problem for Babita but now, there's mess enough. No more needed. This track is already OTTish according to our subtle and real standards. Aur torture nahi please, I can't see HS break more.

Yeah, but you see HS has 3 major issues to deal with - the death of Imarti, the death of his mother, and all the unresolved angst because of his relationship with his father. He will not get closure soon and can't move on until he resolves the conflict in his heart due to all of the above.

yeah u right she knows that Minni is right and also HS is also that's why she left her even after knowing that he is accused for murder...

Another scenario might be that she was not able to conceive as a result she might have been pressured by HS's father to divorce him so he can get remarried but HS refused because he loves her a lot. This intense pressure from family and society might have led her to depression and suicide.

Then again suicide can not be seen as homicide because HS did nothing wrong, he cant get charged because it was suicide.

Maybe HS father murdered her to get rid of her after HS refused divorce. I dont know, but i am excited hopefully it meets our expectations.

I've been studying the jurisdictions off late (yeah this what PB does to you) and here's what I read -

Whoever causes death by doing an act with the intention of causing death, or with the intention of causing such bodily injury as is likely to cause death, or with the knowledge that he is likely by such act to cause death, commits the offence of culpable homicide.

Matlab HS has to inadvertently be at the site of murder. This explains why he feels he's responsible. So the real deal might be HS unintentionally did something, yet he was caught in such a situation that it amounted to an intentional homicide.

Why trp topic is up... I hate this topic. Though I think don't never gains high trp for it's fictional shows, that's why it just give importance to popularity. Krpkab was popular but never gained trp. Still it got an extended season 2 after complete importance to story. PB is an old show and it had survived so long. I think channel wants it complete and fair run.

For moving on with a life partner, I can understand that the Imarti closure is important. He has already redeemed himself in the mother part, by helping out Mini and Babita. Now for the father part, that remains unresolved. But still I don't see that as a hindrance for him moving ahead with Babita. Yes, it's a knot in his heart but nothing great to do with Babes and his moving on. Here, all I want, is some clarity and fast solution, it's already been a turmoil filled week with no results. Besides, we can't keep loading ng him with grief all at once, he'll just break! Besides again, it's Babes' story. You can't go on and on with HS' life problems. Yes they do affect her but after this major track, I want focus back on her settling in new life and business

Let that be reserved for later.
