I used to watch Ekta show when I was in school - Pyar ki yeh ek kahani. Vivian and sukirti were leads. Male lead was a vampire. Waise it takes him just few seconds to run and reach from India to America, but when female lead was kidnapped by another vampire, he was driving car to reach the place and getting annoyed that car is slow. He himself forgot his running skill. Or may be Ekta wanted to show that even dead bodies can drive.
So what? Message is that one can become PT Usha during 5-6 months of pregnancy.
