Men can't afford to. Especially in India where people think masculinity is something gay men completely lose and masculinity is highly valued. In entertainment,even in the West most actors who come out cite it as a problem for getting roles because there's discrimination. Women don't have that problem to this extent.If anything, lesbians provide fodder for men and straight men fetisize lesbianism. Doesn't hamper their workspace much.
