Kangana looks good - Pancholi gets anticipatory bail

I used to think Kangana looked old but now that I know her real age I have to admit she looks pretty good - physically.

Legally not so much. Pancholi’s defamation case is looking stronger by the day given Kangana has lied repeatedly leading to him being labeled a pedophile when she knew it was untrue and knew it damaged his reputation. Now there is this new rape charge...are there laws in India against filing false police claims?

“A Mumbai court Tuesday granted interim relief from arrest to Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi till July 19 in connection with a case of rape filed against him by a 36-year-old woman. He had filed an anticipatory bail application in the Dindoshi sessions court.

Seeking pre-arrest bail for the actor, his lawyer Prashant Patil argued that the woman had lied in her complaint. Her date of birth was different in her complaint and in her passport, and such discrepancies show "her intention to lie," the lawyer said.

The woman waited for 15 years after the alleged crime, and filed the complaint only when Pancholi got a favourable order from a magistrate's court in a defamation case he has filed against her, advocate Patil argued.”

I also saw this and was wondering about KR's age. But then, she is not the one who filed, her sister did. So it's Rangoli's age not KR because she was born in 1983.

Not unless Rangoli is claiming Aditya Pancholi raped her. Multiple sources (including police spokesman) say Pancholi is accused of raping a 36 year old woman.

Incidentally, I only recently learned “Rangoli” sent the first complaint to the police by email. Interesting, no? Maybe even that was Kangana again hiding behind her sister.
