Did Kareena deserve what Hrithik did to her?

Hrithik-Kareena had a very tempestuous relationship. At one point, according to several sources, Hrithik was close to walking out of his marriage for her. Theirs was no ordinary "fling."

Kareena was madly in love and wanted to marry him. But he broke off the relationship eventually due to family pressure, and backed off. This left Kareena heartbroken. She took to smoking, drinking heavily.

My point is, did Kareena deserve to be treated like this, especially when Hrithik knew the depth of her feelings for him? This will always be a puzzle for me.

it's debatable whether they were in a serious relationship or not..and even if they would hv HR would always think abt his family's reputation, the way BABITA and her daughter treated RAKESH during filming of KNPH left the roshan family in bad taste, so even if he had something for her, he would have never taken that drastic step..

and kareena is no angel please, she's not the kind of one who would sob around only one man, she had multiple affairs and finally got hitched with nawab, so this whole idea of 'if kareena deserved this' doesn't click

Of course she would say that. Who would acknowledge to an affair with a married man? I have several friends who work in Bollywood, and according to them it was a serious relationship. Also, see the video below and the body language:

I think what people forget is that MPKDH they just acted as per the director's will. It was overacting yes, but that was the director's vision. Blame the director, not the stars...

they were equally pathetic in mujhse dosti karoge as well..in a year like 2002 this film looked as dated as an 80's film with bad acting and even bad visuals
