what's so cute abt it? this guy literary destroyed the woman's career and made her to sit home, make babies and take care of the house. she was one of the very promising actresses who started off with JTYJN coz she could pull off comedy really well which is very hard for other actresses to do, she had a natural flair for it like juhi and sridevi but ALAS !

compared to her, this dude is absolute nothing, neither a great actor nor even that good looking. His banjo shall make you cringe for the rest of your life. I really wish he would have set home and the woman must have taken over..atleast she was talented

They dated for almost 9 years I think. Also she was the top Actress in South for many years so I guess, she just wanted to take it easy after marriage . She genuinely looks happy in her married life.

Not everyone who prefer to be a homemaker are "unhappy". It's their choice and a happy one as well.

She still does South Movies. And you never know maybe Genelia herself wanted to slow down her career and Focus on husband and kid. Or maybe this cruel BW didn't offer her anything worth doing

The appropriate thing would be - she didn't have a choice , because her husband won't be doing dat ! fair enough! and it makes no difference if she was the topmost actress in Telugu cinema, her bollywood career was soaring and she really could have nailed it though. Also she is not the only one, her biggest competitor at that Asin also ended her career in the same manner, now u wanna say all these actresses made a choice?

How do we know that it isn't "her choice" to stay at home?! ... Many aren't as ambitious and like the easy going lifestyle without much hassle of acting ... so who knows really .. and not like Ritesh comes off as chauvinistic .. so it can very well be her choice!
