Bingo that's what I just posted. I really can't stand two faced hypocrites. And if a character is really good, then it should be perfect to the core. Only then I will be able to relate to it and say wow this one actually is an exception and is genuinely good. There was that character in diya and baati hum , sandhya's main female lead hubby who was good throughout the show. Or Veer the Male lead in uttaran .

First of all, I did begin with a detailed explanation of love but then I went on to the concept of Anam Cara which is a friendship based relationship. Given, the previous season, there could be an angle like this. There can’t be any supporting argument within a time span of 2 days.

On what basis?

Why not? Basis that it’s a reboot of a previous show. Basis, the introduction of a strong character like Bajaj.

Ok things that happened in season 1? And what is missing from the true love she found in anurag? Is love not something that grow, changes, forgives, fives and demands compromise. Love is not just the chance and the act of falling into love. It’s the act of preserving love.

Who said there is something missing in the love of Anupre? They compliment and complete each other. What makes you believe that something should be missing in someone’s life to look forward to building new relationships with people? We have friends apart from our soul companions, each one has a special place. Sadly, that’s too much to expect from a Hindi TV soap. I like how you said Love is not the act or chance of falling in love. Liked because, for everyone it’s different. Your assumption that Anupre is the only love that should exist is probably due to to our warped idea of romantic love being the only reality in our lives.

I don’t blame you. We are all taught about fairy tales and Prince Charming and ideal love. Those are bookish notions.

Unless anurag does something big to her why should she give up on her love?

Who said she has to? You can’t give up on love but you can easily find a love that is different, get attracted to different people in different ways.

Or is this just about watching a new love story and not caring about the old one?

Ahh, my dear. Why would you assume it’s about not caring about Anupre love story? They do not fascinate me but that doesn’t mean non-fascination is equal to non-care. You know, what would be really interesting to see ? A true platonic love story between Prerna and Bajaj! Not everything has to be romantic. Platonic complexities are equally interesting. No Indian show has ever touched such aspects. Ekta will do all her Shaadi drama and we all know how capable our Indian TV shows are. Let’s leave it at that. I am not jumping to catch a different train. Bajaj fascinates me and I will let it remain at that. If he is evil, I will call him evil. If he is layered, I will call him that. He is fascinating till now. It’s a journey of people and that journey will make love grow, evolve, change or preserve! Who knows?

That’s really cute! Have been a corporate trainer-communications expert in the Luxury Beauty Industry for years, hence brevity escapes my writing. 🤗 I am grinning ear to ear after reading this.

Why else would there be gay and lesbian couples, love transcends all physical parameters, but yes when u talk about compatibility, people of a certain age can be more compatible, since they have a lot of common factors to bond, but then sometimes in spite of all those common factors human interaction and bondings sometimes tends to be shallow.

The bottom line is there is no hard and fast rule, love can happen with anyone, anytime, anywhere, and it happens in a fleeting moment.

Well said, couldn’t stress more on the fact that love happens and love can have many forms. Compatibility, attraction, seduction these are merely a few tools to make love work. What makes people fall in love? It’s difficult to explain.
