Is Nikki (simran) difficult to work with?

I read several reports that newcomers to the show are having a difficult time working with Nikki Aneja Walia. Can anyone shed some light why this is so? I do not know if Yuvika left because of other opportunities, or if it really was because of tension with Nikki. I would hate to know that this is actually true as she seems like such a nice person. But then again, we do not know her on a day to day basis and looks are deceiving.

We rely completely on media reports... how do we know about their actual behaviour. In our work places too, we sometimes get along with people and sometimes we don't. Styles of working differ, attitudes matter in any environment.
Whether Astha left because of Simran or not or if Simran is hot headed at her work place is a matter for the two involved.

Firstly we dont know the truth. If we belive what reports talk then I think its not good for Nikki's carrier going forward with her attitude(I repeat only if those reports are talking truth).
