Omg, that's a twist to the story.... But obviously Arnav is not what these people perceive him to be. Khushi should trust him and share her truth now, before it gets more complicated. Already he has trust issue.

I think Rishabh is responsible for her death. Maybe he posed as Arnav infront of a drunk or high Payal and slept with her. That's why she committed suicide.

Maybe I missed all the earlier clues but this chapter confirmed how emotional arnav is and how attached Arnav can be. I guess all that is what makes Khushi a perfect pairing for him. She definitely gives him that sense of calmness by just being in the vicinity.

The Rabba-Ve ended before it started. No complaints there as I am glad that Khushi controlled herself before things got out of hand.

It clearly shows that Payal's death has left a mark deep inside Khushi's heart. She definitely needs a closure from the impact it left on her.

Once again a lot of questions but very little answers for me after reading the chapter. But my mind is already going through many possible theories regarding who, why and how. The link to Payal, the link to a "Raizada", or just a psycho out there .... Manjunath - the axe murderer may be 😕 - Jokes apart - I'm also waiting for a closure on the Payal's death and hence will be waiting for your next chapter.

Khushi is at peace now knowing that Arnav was neither Payal's boyfriend nor he had any hand in her death. But I have a nagging feeling that this peace is short lived. I wish she had revealed her identity before taking the next step in their relationship.

Arnav had asked her to wait until he come back from Mangalore, but Khushi took off before that. I am surprised Arnav wasn't livid at that. Maybe, he was rendered helpless before he could have objected 😆 But I feel Khushi was at fault here. If she had not received Mr. Hegde's message and got down to talk to him, she would have absconded without even letting Arnav know the truth. If keeping him in the dark about her identity was bad, this was brutal. It is clear to everyone (Khushi included), that Arnav is very much invested in her. It was rather selfish of Khushi to leave him hanging like that, without a proper justification. From the looks of it, she wasn't planning to come back either. Arnav would have kept wondering what went wrong, and most probably would have blamed himself for it. Well, either that, or he may have hunted her down and forced an explanation for her actions.

But, thankfully she came back. The morning is going to be interesting for more reasons than one. I don't think Arnav will let the matter go so easily. I sincerely hope she confesses before he finds it out from some other source. He almost seemed to have a blast from the past moment. His brain may have been fogged with passion today, but I am sure as the mist clears, he will start recollecting more of the long forgotten past.

You have left us with yet another cliffhanger, right before a long weekend Kavi! God bless us all.

Oh Khushi, I'm glad you are finding closure with respect to your sister's death. But running away from things will not help anyone and will only result in misunderstanding.

I see her reeling under all the information that she is getting from the various sources, while coming to terms with her newly realized feelings for Arnav. She has been under a cloud of sorts for a while is my feeling, starting from the time when her dad passed away and she moved back to Bangalore. She's been discovering and realizing lot of things from that point on, most involving her loved ones; her parents, their relationship and her sister. All her old constants, things that she had held on and believed as true are coming undone. Starting from how father was not all that her mother had painted him to be, her sister's death from what her friends told her may not have been accidental, a person for whom she had felt something for all those years ago and whom she had pushed to the back of her mind might have been involved in it, that out of the blue proposal from Rishabh, finally landing in Udipi to come across the very person who may have been involved in her sister's death and more than that to fall in love with that person. Her hunt to find out about Payal's death, has given her so much to think about, including what she learned from her sister's notes, that she may have been obsessed with this person who had only tried to help her, knowing very well that this person was in a relationship.

So Payal's death could very well have been a suicide. I don't really blame Khushi for not thinking straight from all that she's had to get her head around. But she didn't have to leave town without letting him know, she did give him a pretty valid reason as to why she was leaving. And I feel she should've told him about who she is, before moving forward in their relationship. I hope she comes clean soon. Its also clear now that he has not realized who she is. Maybe he pushed it to the back of his mind like her, weighed under the responsibility he felt about Rashmi and the situation he found himself in. I had wondered some chapters back if he saw Payal in Srijit. A certain obsession. Did he have an inkling about it and tried his level best to discourage her? I get the feeling that argument was because Payal had confessed. Or did Payal know about his and Rashmi's meeting?

And what do we have, the creepiest of the lot, Rakesh! The Policeman was right, there was whole lot of jealousy there. Towards Arnav and probably also towards Rishabh. His claim of seeing Payal and Arnav has been rubbished, could it be that someone was pulling a prank on him or he wanted to make trouble for Arnav? Poor Arnav, did two women come on to him that day? Payal and then Rashmi! Can't wait for the next one now!

It's heart warming that both lovers finally expressed themselves .....

It would have been proper , if Khushi would have opened up about her identity. I don't understand her. she had almost run away from Arnav, if the police inspector's communication had not come in time. What and whom she is running away from ?

Arnav emerges as a thorough gentleman as per police. He deserves truth from the very person, he loves so deeply.

More questions...

Surprise indeed! A treat before the long weekend in this part of the world.

The making of the storm, after the thunderstorm.

On one hand, Khushi talks about having a conversation with Arnav. On the other hand, she is ready to take the first (KSRTC) bus out of Udupi. Glad she took the bus, had it been the train, she couldn't have possibly gotten down after receiving Mr Hegde's call. [On a totally different note, I took the KSRTC over-nighter out of Udupi once. I was left a heap of bones by the time I reached Bengaluru.]

In the deep recesses of her heart she knew that Arnav was innocent. But she needed Mr. Hegde's testimonial to clear him off of our "doubts" book. It almost feels like Arnav is giving Agni-pariksha... one after the other. I must admit though, that Mr. Hegde's version pieced many things together today. And brought in more clarity of what happened with Payal.

Kavi, you unleashed raw passion very beautifully today. This happened at the beach house. Is it a premonition of things to come, the morning after?

With every thing that Khushi has knowingly or unknowingly subjected Arnav to....

With Arnav still not having recognizing Khushi from all those years ago...despite the flashes of the past...

The emotional betrayal that will ensue may really not be taken so well.

The Arabian Nights escapade from Desert Rose flashed in front of my eyes. Can we avoid it???

As Arnav gathered her in his arms, Khushi slept, feeling blissfully protected, even as thunder and lightning played havoc on the angry seas.

Amazing Chapter

Khushi would have left if the constable didn't communicate with her about his whereabouts and let her know that she can meet him. Even after accepting her feelings for Arnav, though her brain was clouded with confusion she knew from whatever she came to know about Payal and her gang from Manav and also from Payal's notes Khushi knew Arnav was not responsible for her sister's death then how can she leave without giving Arnav a closure if she doesn't want to continue and accept her feelings for him. Till now whatever she did to find the reasons behind Payal's death without confronting Arnav directly can be accepted to some extent but she decided to leave Arnav stranded is not. She gave importance to Rakesh's words where he said: "You sisters are the birds of the same feathers" and took some stupid decision of running away instead of facing it. Arnav's anger would have been justified seeing her behavior but was glad to see nothing of that sort has happened.

Mr.Narayan Hedge cleared all her confusion and gave a clean chit to Arnav letting Khushi know that he has zero involvement in Payal's death. Loved how Mr.Hedge asked when Rakesh was clearly drunk how could he have identified Arnav giving details about his jacket and the color of the cap he was wearing when there was minimum light along the hallway. Being a journalist how did Khushi miss that part when Rakesh was giving the description of the person arguing with Payal on the night of the party. Arnav is a true gentleman who never let Rashmi's name to come out in open though he had a strong alibi of his innocence from his mouth directly instead all he said he never did it. He really looks out for his friends and protects them no matter what. Was right in guessing that Rakesh having feelings for Payal. Wouldn't be surprised if Rishabh also falls into the same creepy list as of Rakesh in having feelings for Payal and out of this jealousy both wanted to show Arnav in the bad light and even the gang supporting shows what kind of people are there in their group.

Felt bad for Payal. From her childhood, she never got love and warmth from her parents, always seen them fighting, when she joined college away from the broken household, she took her independence and got into a wrong batch of friends who were all selfish and never cared about one another, when Arnav came into her life as a protector she clung to that and developed an illusion that Arnav loves her and due to Rashmi he was not able to see Payal's true feelings all these took a toll on her and made her commit suicide which was difficult for Khushi to accept though she knew what Payal went thru.

Though felt happy seeing Khushi taking the next step into her relationship with Arnav but would have been happier if she took it after she had the much-needed conversation with Arnav letting him know about her identity and her purpose of coming to Udipi. Arnav getting flashes of the same incident which happened a decade ago but moved it back of his head when all his mind and body are filled with desire for Khushi. Loved their moments of passion.

Now eagerly waiting for the next one for their most awaited conversation.
