Dont think its consummation. Love confession?? Hope its not so early. Want to see more emotional bonding between them before confession.

I feel their relation got more depth after Dri's breakdown after their bedroom fire incident. Drishti whatever her feelings were there for Rakshit which she just came out. She herself realised what Rakshit means to her. Rakshit also realised though she may act cold or indifferent about their relation, reality is totally different. He saw how much she was worried about him not only that she overcome her fear to save him. So, whatever questions n doubts he had about Dri that her hiding things, lying to him n all one thing he must have realised that he can trust her...
