Why Salman Khan is so powerful in the industry?

I mean many people blame him for ruining many actors - actresses career. But how he is so powerful that people listen to him? Does he have any backing or strong source of connections?

Whose career did he ruin ? Confused. Vivek became a flopstar through his own effort 😆. Arijit Singh has been #1 since ever now. Who am I missing ?

I used to like salman a lot in the 90's. his song oh oh jaane jaana was such a craze. he acted really in some of the movies like baaghi and love

but post 2000 since he develped that 'bhai' image, its just puts me off, media wasn't that available that time but now u can see anywhere anytime, he comes across highly egoistic and arrogant guy who keeps insulting people yet keep smiling as if its normal for them u know the manhood thing and tht has nothing to do with his being human and all the devta activities i just don't buy those.

secondly, the cases that are going on against him. The point is he is a superstar, arrogant, egoistic and has a lot of money and power. And people do listen and obey the people who are in power. SRK and Aamir, Akshay they never came across dictators. But Salman has developed that sort of BHAI image that puts him into that strong position which everyone listens to. And this happens in all Industries not just bollywood

If anything Salman tries to make careers of aira gaira nathu khaira 😁 woh alag baat that out of his 2000 attempts only katrina succeeded! His father had immense goodwill in the industry though not much money when Salman started. They listen to him coz he returns the favors in ten folds and who does not want to be in a golden goose' good books.!

People blame him for drink & drive , People refer to him as woman abuser too. See, It's not just related to ruining someone professionally, He has some magical powers to ruin someone on personally level too. LOL.
