actually i dont agree with male actors having to shoulder film's failure. they are just the face of it. what happened to director or producer? they just keep quiet. and only recently, female stars/actors are getting credit. you think they will be so quick to shoulder blame of failure too? nah..

More often than not i see a pattern of attributing a film's success to it's hero and failure to the heroine.
