I don't think Raghu shoots her, it's probably someone behind him or he probably does it unknowningly. The promo just makes it seem intentional.

But i think raghu already served jail time so clean sheet there. Even the police mentioned that. As long as he stays off the gunda path, he wont cause any issues BUT i think its a known fact- its an easy path to enter but a hard one to exit. Bablu is one of the several enemies I'm sure he's made in this line. There'll be others looking for revenge. How long can he go without harming others who are looking to harm his mother or baiko? What goes around comes around and unfortunately dhanak's this incident is just the start. I think he will hand himself over to the police for this though.
