Gul regret letting Surbhi go?

Do u think DIB being a flop, does Gul regrets letting Surbhi go.

The sequel should have had an all new cast. Keeping Nakuul was a huge mistake and it became obvious when they added Niti that Gul only did it because they couldn't find another actor with blue eyes.

Honestly, imagine how excellent the sequel could have been with someone like Priyank Sharma cast opposite Niti.

Every actor needs the support of the producers and the production companies. Producer need not the actor's support. They want only the viewers support. The creatives are just like the God. They can change the mud horse into a Gold horse and vice versa. To the business persons, the ups and downs are the parts of their lives.

I think she has learned that younger viewers can and do find curvier actresses attractive / relateable. If she has done one positive thing with this show it's prove that young female leads on Indian TV don't need to be a size zero to be successful.

(Of course web producers knew this anyway as Mahi Way is the most successful Indian repeat on Netflix; and Nidhi Singh the most popular online actress).

Surbhi is going to go far and she will probably do it as a sex symbol. I wouldn't be shocked if her next role was with another big name actor like Harshad Chopda etc. She has definitely benefited from this show (everybody will now see that the TRPs were due to her)

As for Nakuul I think this sequel has probably harmed his career a bit. He should have done something different as his first character after Shivaay Singh Oberoi.
