Here comes the official confirmation!! @aamir_khan to star in the adaptation of Hollywood film #ForrestGump... Titled #LaalSinghChadha in Hindi, the film will be directed by #SecretSuperstar fame Advait Chandan... Produced by Aamir Khan Productions and @Viacom18Movies!!

The core theme of Forrest Gump was how various important national events impact the life of protagonist. Don't know how good an idea it is when Bharat is also going to have very similar theme.

In a way I like the idea.. in another way I just wish they did something original.

In any case.. as long as he does his old 'tricks' it will be great.. but please no more.. Johnny Depp like stuff... Just be you, Aamir! You're good enough.. no need to imitate.
