I thought trailers come out a month before the movie so technically that would be end of this week/beginning of next. Sometimes teasers are better look at ADHM teaser was more interesting and brought lots of hype compared to the trailer which gave the entire plot away.

Have no idea about ADHM strategies but for me the teasers are quite useless.

This teaser is probably same length as a trailer anyway. And in two weeks they'll release an official trailer and hope that whatever hype that trailer gets will carry the momentum in the remaining two weeks to the opening day.

Akshay and Parineeti just started promoting Kesari today. That movie has totally lost its post trailer hype so let's hope they can get it back in the next ten days.

Kesari and Gully Boy are recent examples of how different teasers are from an actual trailer.
