That scene has so many hidden emotions. Bella before that had always been shy of seeing MAhir shirtless or being anywhere near him. But that day, after hearing the crap that Vikrant said about him, she just wanted to hug him, to feel him in her arms. His half nakedness did not bother her. She just wanted to feel his arms around her. She yearned to feel safe in his arms. And when she stopped her, she was genuinely shocked and hurt by the rejection. It was as though the hurt feeling was even more shocking for her. She never felt that MAhir's rejecting her would hurt so much.

And coming to MAhir. Since the day they got married he had yearned for her attention and affection. But that day, after knowing that she had been with his bother just moments before she tried to hug him, it disgusted him. He was confused and I am sure he did not want to believe that Bella was playing with his heart but he couldn't deny the evidence that was in front him either. The anger, the hurt, the confusion made him push her away.

In that moment, they both looked so human. She was woman seeking solace and protection in her husband's arms while he was trying to accept that the one who broke his hear was none other than his beloved Bella. He was a confused man. His heart told him that Bella was not like that, while the evidence proved otherwise.

I just love that scene. The dialogues that followed were good but their expressions in that scene spoke volumes for me.

Secondly you are right about that scene where Bela wanted to hug Mahir and he did not allow her to do so. That scene indeed spoke volumes. I think you described it so well, there is really nothing much for me left to add. Mahir just wanted to show Bela to not take him for granted, both were paining. Both Pearl and Surbhi emoted so well for this scene! ahhh

As much as we hated that track we got some really deep scenes like these of Behir which just strengthened their bond.
