It is a flop if you compare it to other Ekta shows. If I remember correctly, it entered top 10 only twice...first week and during the Naveen expose week. Even AnuPre wedding promo which aired last week did not help increase the trps. I wish some other team hires Parth and Erica for a brand new show. I would love to see them together onscreen again. Such a gorgeous and talented pair wasted in a pathetic show.

To be honest all every show have almost same type of story and equally negative characters especially Ekta's and one of our rival show so yes every show have same regressive storyline and negativity
What's working there and what's not here. Other shows are cashing on their leads chemistry with love-hate backdrop which is hit formula and here leads chemistry is the most underutilized all thanks to useless direction and editing.

They should utilitise Parica's chemistry with a better direction and editing and also parallely focusing on their emotions more on negative characters drama.

Other than that storyline of almost all ITV shows is regressive and few top shows are yew with ML torturing FL and many more which I can't say here.

The only thing required here is utilising leads chemistry with better direction and editing and I don't call a 2+ trp show being in top 3 of channel as a flop

That is why said in comparison to other EK shows'
Geet, dmg and mjht Aired on starone which was a youth channel. It was completely different from SP, zee and colours. None of their shows had great trps.
I have not followed IShqbaaz and naamkaran but I don't think these shows were promoted the way KZK was. Its a high budget show and therefore should have brought in more numbers for the Channel .

ekta's current shows topping trps are the ones which none of us can tolerate even for 1 second. They are beyond trash. 😆 Compared to other current shows of hers this show is still better.
and the shows someone here mentioned ishqbaaz, geet, ipk they are gul's shows and her take on love stories is different from ekta. In recent times gul's ishqbaaz (shivika couple) had romance, nuance everything even though there were kitchen politics and lame tracks needed for trps.
ekta lost her mojo in romance genre long back. I think it was early 2000s era when shows like kahin toh hoga, kis des mil nikla hoga chand, kutumb were aired and they were good.
Yesterday's epi as much I liked the confession scene but it went overboard with those weird heavy dialogues given to anurag. And most of the dialogues he spoke had some or other foreshadowing subtext.
Let's see may be it'll click with trp audience.

IB is a high budget show which is promoted well.
in the first promo itself they said that anupre will never be united.ekta too confirmed that in her interview.so many people are not willing to watch kzk

Yeh un dino ki baat hain..Patiala Babes...to mention few that has really good content..
Ekta still will not learn from these ..Parth Erica lovestory could have been more dignified minus the overflow of vamps/negatives/grey in kzk2...

I loved one thing about KZK is that this is different from the love hate formula from other show have and I watch it because of Parica only..

But the director and creatives don't know how handle the unique relation of AnuPre. They are so used to showing love hate relationship based romance that they are clueless about an amicable romantic relationship protrayal. That's why they keeps changing the nonexistent story line..And the negativity overpowered the story because of this..

But One thing I have to admit That Kzk2 has the best cast and fast track storyline than other ekta shows. I can't tolerate other BT shows on TV

Though I don't follow any other show regularly.. But the shows on sony have more refreshing storyline..
