Where are Geeta and Vikrant?

After season 1 ended, I was hoping Geeta would take Palak in because she would be able to relate to her. Also, I don't think Geeta knows this but Palak was pregnant with Geeta's grandkids so I thought Palak + Geeta + Vikrant + kids would make a cute family, with Vikrant as chachu of course. None of my hopes came true, and Geeta and Vikrant are MIA. I wonder if Rithwik-Geeta patch-up will even happen.

Palak said as vocieover in one of the last 3-4 episodes of season1 that it was the last time she saw/met Geeta.. that obviously meant Geeta and Vikrant characters were for short time only..

They could be planned for longer but had to be cut short due to the season 1 show going off air.

I also personally would have wanted to see them in season2 or atleast a brief mention that they took care of Palak and the kids.. its so wierd that Palak has to struggle to make ends meet for her kids and herself when she had her parents and Vikrant knew the truth all along.. I find a lack of proper script writing while transitioning from season1 to 2...

I agree, they just had to show the Palak as the struggling single mother and Rithwik as the successful company owner so they made Vikrant and Geeta disappear. Since they are Rithwik's family, they should be in the show still and same with Palak's parents.

Dude is Rithvik a successful businessman now?

I haven't got to see the episode so I asked.

yes! he acquired some pharma company as well. Also, VP mentioned to Aman that their company is very successful and flourishing but house is extremely unhappy.

Also, Ricky told Rohit- now that Shivam is back he will handover the company to him and he will go away from everything. So, he is personally very unhappy. Devdas part 2 in shivam's language

So basically he did everything because it was his duty as a son? And what about rishabh? Does he take care of Noon's overseas business?
