DUDE! WTH is the deal with this forum!!

I have yet to come on this forum and find a post that isnt spreading hate on someone.

So much hate! Its seriously disgusting!

If you don't like someone simply just don't watch them, simple!

And for Hating someone so much, you people spend an awfully large amount of your time bitching about them here.

These people actors/entertainers. They didn't join this industry to suddenly become saints and make sure the entire world approves of their every move!

However pakdramafan has a valuable point.

There is a lack of respect for each other, the work of others and persons one doesn't know except for what one gets publicly...and this lack of respect isn't something positive.

I also got the feeling that mostly people vent emotions here they may not be able to vent otherwise.

I still will read anyone in those threads that I'm interested in although I may not agree with the point of views written down because sometimes - even in the most bashing and trashing posts - there is something I can agree with.

The nagging and insults makes the forum like a village...somehow ;-)

I think it's more a sort of escapism for most.

People come share their opinion, but there are a lot of 'agendas'..true.. as in: praise their fave to the hilt and mock/bash/diss rival others. Not saying everyone does it. Or does it all the time- there's a lot of silent readers or people that comment very little.

But I'd say there are a few interesting threads that aren't so..negative, if you would like.

And a lot of 'snowflake' attitude when it comes to each ones faves- people like to bash SOME stars but get SO defensive when their own fave is in the limelight. And.. some cannot do it without using foul language or some childlish remarks..

... And a lot of trolls or people that happily make MIDs after MIDs just so that their point is sustained.

I feel RS and DP are prevalent topics, thus they get most of the love/dislike...

Also, when movies release, then each movie that is in news also gets that.

And each actor/actress that does something bash worthy has 20+ dedicated pages of discussion.

It is possible that some PR companies also test the waters in forums such as this one.. by throwing in a few snide comments and seeing the reaction - on a 'smaller' forum scale- before they go ahead with the 'bashing' or 'praising' of one star or another.

Like a test field.
