I don't know about shady but sometimes I find it scary because of science related stuff. But if it makes a single parent happy to raise a child without dealing with baby daddy drama, why not go for it

@terenaina ya no issues with that, i am thinking more about the surrogate. Why is she renting her womb? It's not easy to be pregnant! When you do it for yourself or maybe your friend/family it's one thing but then you do it for money...it feels wrong. Maybe it's ok. It's like labor. Of a different kind. I don't know...

It is not lawyers job to to comment on how they feel about the law. They just interpret the law for the situation. You did the same, like a professional lawyer. 😆
