Basically most Mani Ratnam movies, Veer Zaara cause no movie made me fall in love with the countryside like that.

Kedarnath, jagga jasoos, yahaan, and I know you are talking about Hindi movies but I am adding The secret life of Walter Mitty because it is so beautifully shot but very underated.
