well yeah he planned to kill her. he convinced prabhakar (kaushalya's husband) to get her killed. but prabhakar wanted to help her by sending her to another city. when he searched for her he found out she met with an accident. she died so he brought the baby Neha with him and made her a member of his own family........

so yeah saxena wished her mom to die.....neha indeed got a point here
