Why I don't think Mauli is falling for Ishaan because of Kunal is because Mauli doesn't think about Kunal when she sees these gifts, if it's because of Kunal, shouldn't it remind her of Kunal?

It's not about the gifts, it's about the person who is sending you these gifts, would Mauli or any other woman react the same if these gifts aren't from their boyfriends but from someone they don't know or don't like? It doesn't work that way, Mauli is not materialistic, it's not like she is a gold digger getting attracted to Ishaan because he can shower her with his wealth...

I don't really like the way Kunal and Ishaan are manipulating Mauli, mahan Kunal's daughter asked for her popsie and mahan Kunal has to give her, her popsie because Mauli is a doll, they can play with her, he knows it because he did just that, he used her for 7 years then threw her when found a new woman... In Mauli's marriage her happiness is not important, it's okay for Kunal and Ishaan to decieve Mauli... It's not about gifts, I am talking about what Ishaan did in gift shop..
