Yes there are much challenges and disappointments in human lives where we face death, decay and destruction. I guess acquiring proper knowledge helps us ride the storm but still the web of Maya is impossible to overcome and we easily get entangled ... But it is said that nothing lasts forever and they have only a temporary presence and our true selves remains ever perfect. Taking a couple of steps towards the Divine helps us to a large extent ...
Born as humans we have to do our duties and therein find satisfaction as well.

But what is reality though, doesn't it, to an extent, alter from person to person, from one living being to another? Even for the same person, his reality alters as per his own mood, perspective, mind and some other things...

Yes whatever we believe in becomes "real" to us !
At times we need someone to wake us up and show us the right way.
Our thoughts and mental outlook colours the world we live in and our attitude determines what we see as well ... it can get pretty complicated

I feel I have no proper grasp on 'reality' of things, because life looks so blurry, it's not possible to have a proper grasp, so different from moment to moment, from person to person... there's no assurance from anyone or anything, only God's silence and a constantly wavering faith inside..

I guess we just have to hang and try to keep going. Any prayers , mantras etc done is not wasted and we feel the surge of energy running through our bodies. At times closing our eyes we do not feel like getting up ...but then God sends us a headache or something to get us back to work !

I think people with liberalism live in a bubble of beliefs that people are free to do whatever and pursue whatever. That we have our own wishes and can pursue it. It is however not true. We are still a part of community and society which pretty much limits us to the class that we are born into. Even though rigid social class like the aristocrat and gentry and the peasants etc no longer exists. Even though caste system is not as strong as it used to be. It is pretty much under invisible lines that exists at the core of society itself. It is unchangable. It limits us of how and we live our lives.
