Shinvanya was the daughter where both sets of parents are ichadari naag and naagin. That's why she did not have to do tapasya to become an ichadari naagin. She is already born as the ichadari Naagin

Then when Shivanya consummated with Rithik. She lost her powers and become complete human. But, the sage told her and Rithik that their children should they have one can go either way born as a human or as a naag/naagin. Nobody will know this until she either becomes completely human or become a naagin when she grows up.

Delia I watched the first episode again. In one scene Vik said that after hundred years penance we gather the wardaan from Shivji to become one.

Bella being a naagin doesn't make any sense. Her mother was the former Naagrani, she should have been born with this boon and the some episodes that happened before the supposed completion on penance episode showed them as humans. So this is a blooper. And a huge one at that.

Even in season 1, Shesha was like 100 years old but Shivanya wasn't and yet they were maternal cousins. Both should have been born with the boon because if Shivanya's mother was a naagin, so was Shesha's.

So Vikrant did have to do the penance? Despite being the son of an icchadari?👏 CVs have great logic.

I don't think that logic applies. I mean if one sister is rich the other could be poor. Just because Shivanya's mother is an ichadaari naagin did not necessarily mean that Sesha's mother must be ichaadari too.

In season 1 and 2 concept was different that if naag/naagin consummate with human he/she will loose power.
In season 3 this concept doesn't exist.
This is fantasy show so makers can experiment things add new things.

That's why nagranimaa and aghori baba encouraged Bela to express to Mahir.

But Shivangi, who appeared right at the beginning, had to adhere to the rules. S3 was shown to be taking place right after or somewhat alongside S2. How can the rules be different? Aren't Bela and Shivangi from the same naag clan?

Sure, they are allowed to change concepts but not like this. They shouldn't have shown Shivangi. This should have been established as a separate universe to s2, if you know what I mean.

Oh, I just assumed that she was because 100 year old Shesha visited her mother. Her mother looked middle aged at most. And she was in human form too. She had to have been non human to survive that long.

Ugh, I think I should just forget s1 and s2 and imagine s3 as a different universe...

This could be a separate universe from n1 and n2. They could just be showing shivangi in the beginning to show that this brand is related as a spin off to that brand. But not related like that.
