Somehow, I have doubt that this Juhi is the real Juhi. It was shown in the flashback that Juhi died in front of Bella'a eyes in Bella'a arms. Then how come she is not dead now? Maybe, this Juhi is some ichadari Naagin taking Juhi's roop. Just like Vikrant comes to the Sehgal's house as Yuvraj and pretended to be him. Maybe, the purple auntie.

I supposed it could as long as the transfer of the crown is still within the royal family members. Since Juhi is a royal princess from the ruling Sheshnaag vansh, she is also in line to the throne. The spare to the heir until Bella can produce heirs of her own.

Bella is shown to have a suspicious face when Juhi asked her to give up her throne in favor of Juhi. I think she finds it suspicious that this girl in front of her is nothing like her sister and will start to suspect that it might be somebody else impersonating Juhi for whatever reason. It's just like how Mahir observed fake Yuvraj and realize that this guy in the house is nothing like his brother.
