Varsha created nuisance for no reason .
It wasn't like Dadi was telling off Naira in front of everybody and asked rest of them to leave.
The lady was taken aback with so many people in her house and since she is uncomfortable went and sat in her room quietly. It was only when Naira went to check on her did she mention her misunderstanding and displeasure and gave her reasonings which she had complete right to as Naira is her Daughter in law.
Varsha making such a hulla-bulla out of it looked way out of her character. In fact it was stupidity of her to feel offended as the words were not said to her but to a family member in the privacy of their room. In fact it was wrong on her part to eaves drop another family's private conversation.
If Dadi would have taunted her, Varsha's words would have looked good like how Dadi Bua's was . Dadi Bua commented that - "they were here on invitation moreover they have the right to come there as it's their daughters house " when Karthik's dadi said - ""Aa hi gaye ho to".She was right.
Bur Varsha wasn't. It would have been better , if they would have ended the matter on they would like to stay at their place for emotional reasons rather than repeating the whole conversation in front and making them realize that they were leaving as the hosts were uncomfortable.
Not expected this from Marsha's character.o
