Relax, lol Kunal won't ask for any custody . He will at most ask for visitation rights , which I guess Mauli would be fine to give. I believe Maushan will get married peacefully and Maunal will continue being formal friendly and cordial the way we saw at the darga.

BTW , really loved how Mauli admitted to going to darga and meeting Kunal there to Ishan , the happy and proud smile in Ishan's face was glowing .
