He ruined the 2000's by constantly buying awards for SRK/Kajol and then now in this era he is doing with that Alia.

He promotes nepotism, the "elite attitude" and pretty much separates the film world. No other director behaves so high and mighty and doesnt really play the games KJO does.

Look at Rajkumar Hirani - who hardly repeats people in his films let alone "uses them".
