Think he'd have more if he separated from Deepak/Surbhi. People hate them so much that even if anyone from that group does something remotely nice, they see is as a "strategy".

And somehow Romil gets implicated when the guy hasn't done anything. Hasn't abused, hasn't said anything rude etc.

Look how KV's popularity surged after he stepped away from Sree, now people want him to win.
