It has been a long time since I was here, and I was active here only for a few months, but I still feel close to my Porus friends.

As this forum will soon be closed down, this is the perfect time, and the perfect occasion, to wish you all a happy, fun-filled and auspicious Deepavali, and a year ahead that brings you and your families the best of good health, peace of mind, and fulfillment.

PS: Don't worry, Alexander will not kill Porus. I think they will opt for the traditional ending, though the switch in Alexander's attitude might seem bewildering.

As for Barsine, whose murdering Alexander seems to be breathlessly anticipated by one and all, I hope she is drowned in the Jhelum before she is able to stick something sharp into him.

Finally, I really value all that SidT has taught the viewers, that apparating from one continent to another, inflammable liquids, bombs, explosives, and most recently rubber tyres on Dhananand's chariot, were all possible/ available in pre-Mauryan times! 😆
