IF I were DD...

Seeing how unpopular Nandini is with so many people if I were DD I'd try to leave this role quickly so I don't get type-cast in negative roles.

I'm not a die hard fan of DD's, she's pretty and all, but it does make me wonder how this role will impact her future role offers.

i dont think she can be type casted bcz of this role.. it hardly had any impact on audience.. nandini may be popular for bashing but not for the epic role..

It was just a damn role. I don't think her position would be weakened because of this.

She should just put it behind her once the show is over and be more selective about the roles she chooses in future. If she gets the role of a character who is loved her fan following will increase again.

This show and it's true 'survivor' for me is Drashti. I have started liking her after the way she has handled all unfair trash and nonsense coming her way.Now I am sure she can face any nasty surprise life throws at her.

I don't think she will get typecasted & honestly she perhaps thought this role would be different but the makers totally butchered the story and had no sense of characterisation so mistakes happen. She's been in the industry for a while so I'm sure she'll do good in the future.
I also have immense respect for her for not leaving the show despite all the hatred towards her. People often forget to draw the line between real and reel hence Drashti gets the absuses instead of Nandini but she's handled it well. And for those who think that makers favour her, I highly doubt that considering she does not hold such a huge clout.
In all, I'm glad this show is ending.

DD got so much hatred for nandini role which is wrong she is just playing the role.I wish her best for her future projects.

I think with tv, we viewers really identify the roles/ characters and actors together since tv shows are long running. If we love the character then we start loving the actor as well and his/her fan following increases tremendously. E.g. in Naamkarann, everyone adored the character of Avni from the child to the adult..hence both the child actress and the adult actress got immense love from the fans. Aditi Rathore who had never played a FL before and had a relatively small fan following gained such a huge fan following after her role as Avni because we all loved the character so much. Now everyone even loves Aditi Rathiore so much even though the show is over. so Hopefully DD will choose a good role next time and she'll get lots of love for it because I'm sure the hatred she got for nandini must have affected her a bit. nobody likes to see hate comments even if it's for just a character you're playing 😭
