1. DEATH CERTIFICATE OF HUMDAN...How UAE Shariya Court Can allow this.

Obviously Ruksar is under the Crime of Killing her Husband and Death Sentence. So her husband death Certificate is the Prime Evidence for this Case.

IF the death sentence is TRUE then she should have killed him and the Body should be Found else she cannot be convicted.

Now HOW HOW HOW a Shariya Court of UAE would let this Happen in any Which case.

Trash anyone's statement. They have the Records in hand because this is not a Random Marriage this is a Marriage inside the Prison.

OK One thing Confirmed. No Death Certificate of Humdan. The Person Body they Found may be Some one Else.

Divorce Certificate. May be that's Why 3 months and 26 days...was allowed to Perform the Wedding.

She should be there in the Dependent Visa of Humdan. As Ruksar was telling that she stayed in Some Friends House for 3 Months...If this statement Stand Right...

Time Line Matches... 70 +6 +5= 81 days + ramadan 15 days roughly... Almost Close time Line...

So a Divorce Certificate Can be Produced for this Marriage. May that's is why UAE Court would have allowed this wedding.

In cases where marriages are being conducted as per Islamic law, a valid UAE residence visa is a must for both bride and groom (in case of non-UAE nationals).

The bride's father or guardian or his attorney, will have to accompany the couple to the Marriage Section of Dubai Court, along with the following documents, as applicable:

• Two male Muslim witnesses.
• Passports and copies and identification papers for the guardian and witnesses.
• Proof of divorce or death certificate of former spouse, if applicable.

In cases where the bride is a Muslim, while her father is non-Muslim, the bride will have to produce a no-objection letter from her embassy in Arabic, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On paying the requisite fee, along with producing the said documents, a UAE marriage license will be granted. However, to authenticate it for validity in your home country, you will have to take it to the Ministry of Justice, and then to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and then to your respective embassy or consulate for authentication.

I think woman empowernment mein ab ye dikhana chahte hain that there are some women in the society who dont know the real meaning of it and want to use it only for their benefits.
Rukhsar wants to be like zara, thats it, she teases kabeer like zara, she wears khandani jhumke because zara ko mile thi jewellery, she is making food because zara too makes it
