Baki sab jaane do, the first thing it's a company for god sake, not some proprietary where one man can take the decisions. Since they had shown us the investors on Zoya's first day at ZoSh, I believe it's not a one person company either. How the hell can Waseem or even Adi in the past decide to be owner of the company on their own...board meetings n passing of resolutions n filings with the registrar n all is required for such big events in a company😆 ok this being a daily soap, I don't expect such legalities in it...but basic law toh banta hai na😆
What pooja had given to Yash was a loan and I believe that was an unsecured loan out of their friendship or whatever, so Adi can not claim a share in ownership against that loan amount, had pooja been a shareholder of worth 5 crores, he could have continued as a nominee, that too if she had nominated him, n continue being a co-owner. Also, there's a difference in co-owner n managing director...not every owner has a say in the decisions about company like Adi has had. They shouldn't have called ZoSh a company to escape these legalities.
Then came the bank notice. I m still not able to understand how could that loser get a loan for personal use against a company which is owned by all the shareholders😆 thank god they didn't show anything like Zoya's personal property being taken over by bank to get their loan amount repaid, like Adi had threatened her.
N later I don't understand how could Zoya this easily get the company back just by paying back the amount...the company was taken over by bank which could have been auctioned already.
I suppose Waseem gave Adi the cheque but he never encashed it. N he has other shares bought too. So he is still the co-owner. Now god knows on what basis this Waseem is going to throw them out, let's wait for the episode. Company is in Zoya's name as transferred by Adi but even if Waseem has a stake in ZoSh n nothing is in Zoya's name, there definitely is something of Adi of his own having nothing to do with Waseem. I wish Adi tells him as well mere hi office se mujhe hi jaane bol rahe ho😆
I guess it's all gonna be in the name of "respecting abbu's wish" that's it n Abbu is gonna make a full on misuse of it. Bechare bache toh Kuch Nahi kahenge, I hope papa hooda, if not as a father, at least as a lawyer does something to this Waseem! There's no need to drag him into the courts, papa hooda's one phone call will suffice...Waseem is a fattu in front of him😆
