Legalities regarding Zosh Company!

Waseem gave Adi his 5 crore back when Adi was against Zoya for fighting to clear yash's name. It happened during the court case. I think thats wat gives waseem the power to take Adi's shares as well. He gave him a check back in that time. I so hope he's not able to take it away. I hope Arjun and Papa Hooda can give it back to Adi. Otherwise they will have hardship sustaining.

Waseem is irritating me more than Anjana. Ok he disowned Zoya which was expected now why can't he let her and Adi live in peace 🥱 this constipated monster doesn't realise by trying to demean Aditya he will end up hurting Zoya instead. I am confused too about how he can just snatch the company away but I think Papa Hooda will do something to ensure waseem doesn't take it away. He is a lawyer and has a brain 😆 if the man was able to convince the court yash killed himself, then he can do anything.

Even I am confused regarding this. Adi wanted his 5 crores back so he was going to mortgage Arora house. Waseem paid him 5 crores rupees and repaid the loan. But Adi had said he had bought lot of shares of ZoSh so he is still the co-owner of the company.

The house was bought by Yash with Waseem's money but the house is under Zoya's name so Waseem actually had no right to throw Zoya out of her own house because according to legal documents, only Zoya is the owner and not Waseem.

ZoSh company was not started using Waseem's money. Yash had taken loans from lot of people to build the company. He had also named Zoya as the company's owner so Waseem had no rights to throw Zoya and Adi from their company. I don't know what reason they will show but all these look like bloopers to me.

WAseem has sworn to destroy Aditya and he has such a big ego that he will try his best to do so. Taking control of Zosh will be his first effort so that AdiYa are left with nothing. I think he will do this after Aditya & zoya leave Hooda's and take shelter at Zosh.

Zosh ownership is complicated so Waseem will make every effort to put AdiYa on thee road but hopefully HH & Arjun will save them from destruction.

Whatever happens to Zosh ownership Aditya & Zoya both need to get back to work to support themselves.

Yes he did. He didn't give the check back to waseem as he was really angry at them. I also found it ajeeb that during her marriage talks with Arshaad she offered to buy his shares. Maybe cv's forgot that waseem gave him the check. Im also worried about them if somehow waseem actually does take over Zosh. They will be broke financially.

Its a high possibility of Zosh being registered under Waseem's name right now after he cleared the debts, it was probably done so that Zoya toes the line. Looks like Zoya had been working like merely another employee in that company. She doesn't own it.
