The fact that Alexander had actually agreed to kill Porus by luring him in with a 'sandhi' proposal via Ambhiraj is putting me off. Chanakya did the same with him but Porus didn't kill him. How can he do this? As everyone was saying that time that this isn't hook or crook, but plain cheating! A very lowly move!

Why is SidT destroying Alexander's principles like this? If you remember, Luckysnow had told us how Aristotle advised Alexander to call Darius for a compromise as a response to his letter after the Battle of Issus and kill him in cold blood to avoid any future battle with him and how the real Alexander had dissed his idea.

Nothing SidT does with Alexander's character surprises me anymore. In fact, if Alexander had said no, then it would have been a shock for me! 😆

Maybe by putting Alexander far from the scene of Ambhiraj's fight with Porus, he remains outside of this series of events altogether, so consider it a blessing in disguise. I don't know, but somehow the way Alexander was so casually changing plans and going off to the Hindu Kush route showed that this little plan of Ambhiraj's was not that important to him. He's happy to watch from the sidelines and wait for the final outcome in order to make his next move. Not sure if all this is intentional by the CVs. 😆

If Alexander said yes to avenge Bucephalus as he promised he would, then I'm all for it, but I'm not sure if we will ever hear him speak of Bucephalus again. I don't know what the point was of killing off his horse and showing Alexander mourning if he doesn't follow through with his revenge. Was it just a catalyst to go find his mother? Even then, he had to agree to bargain with Porus just to get his mother back rather than by storming the palace. If there's no more mention of Bucephalus on the show then the whole dialogue about Bucephalus' loyalty would have no meaning. What a waste of a powerful death sequence with so much potential to drive the story. 😡

This is the kind of thing Russian fans are saying about Rohit:

He is a perfect actor ... I have no words...(
I'm still watching Turkish TV series .), and
I'm torn between Turkey and India...but ...Rohit...
he is a genius in acting and i want to write it on Twitter.

Also:

Rohit is actor who can show a lot to the audience,
but he was not given such a possibility...And it's too bad. I started watching the show, too, because of participating in the show of this actor-Rohit Purohit.
He is very talented!
I love the scenes with him and the way he can represent his hero,
but this series is engaged and fantastic with its absurdity.

I feel so proud hearing all this about him! 👏

I agree with you! It will be interesting to see how his equation turns out with Ambhikumar after all this. I also doubt that we will hear about Bucephalus again. Otherwise we would have got at least one scene of Alexander reminiscing his moments with Bucephalus while he mounted his horse. SidT has spolied a lot of tracks and missing to capitalize on this one is no big deal for him! 😡

Also the 'lomdi-sher' exchange sounded too much like a typical masala movie content. It is okay to say that 'lomdi ka jhund sher ko nahin hara sakta' and calling Ambhiraj 'lomdi' but they should also not forget that Ambhiraj had a jhund of sword weilding 'lomdis' for three of them. 🤣

@bold true!!

Porus alone can beat any number of opponents, man or animal, so numbers don't matter at all to him!
