Well it would depend on whether they can pull this off. If the story drags it will loose its charm.

Now CVs will stretch this. Finite series was a better option. They should have increased no of episodes instead of a year. 200-250 episode series hoti to bhi achha rehta. Abhi year ka extension mila , ho sakta hai baad me aur kuch months ka mile aur chalta hi jaye for 2-3 years.

One year extension means 100 episodes more ... it's not much .,,..
