Yesterday's episode took me back to riots episode where adiya were stuck in the office. Remember Zoya had said why do you protect me even when you hate me? That's the aditya she knows of and defended last night. Aditya in his worst days may have shown immense hatred towards zoya but he has never done something behind her back. It was always to the face.
So when Arshad blames Adi for a personal attack, it is beyond her understanding. Zoya had some amazing things to say and it was quite obviously indicating their future. But what I loved most in that scene is their conversation after the entire drama. Zoya without a thought went charging ahead to defend Adi and then in the end asked Adi if he had done anything. If this isn't love then what is?
Coming to Aditya, he was himself again. After a long time I saw the adi I wanted to see since realization. He was awestruck with Zoya's words for him but at the same time had a guilty face because he knows somwhere his misdoings have caused Arshad to question him.
The way he was looking at the nail in his room showed he will go looking for the truth. He is smart and somehow will reach to the conclusion. One sane conversation with Arshad and Anjana will be trapped in her own game.
The way Adi said, no one came to my defence expect Zoya should have been the answer for Anjana. Being a mother she did not come out to defend her son in the rage to win her game.
Being the better human, Adi does go out to hash things out with Arshad. He wanted Zoya out of his life, but not in this manner. He is a simple man, all this drama was never his plan.
Coming to precap. Okay I know a lot of us are pissed that Zoya is going to deny and marry arshad. But thinking over it I did come up with few thoughts.
Looking at the precap it does seem like Waseem and Arshad have told her that Adi is in love with her and right then Adi comes and proves them right. Now looking from Zoya's point, she defended their friendship infront of the world and Adi has now named it as love. Imagine telling your parents again and again that you are just good friends with your guy friend, then he comes and says he's in love with you 😆 Specially the way it has come out! The slap though I feel is not needed, we don't know what she's going to slap him for the prank or confession.
The last time she defended someone so openly and strongly was Yash. Waseem is going to use it to his advantage and blackmail her.
The last point, I feel Zoya is in denial. Her shocked face in the precap shows the effect Adi's confession had on her. She may not be ready to accept the fact that she too feels something strong for him. Up unit now her friendship was defending her feelings but now that Adi's truth is infront of her she will be forced to explore her own feelings and she's not ready for it. She is desperate to show to the world and herself that she is not in love with Adi due to which she takes a haste decision to marry arshad. The girl is scared if she denies Arshad, her love for Adi will become too obvious. She needs a distraction she cannot think of Aditya in that way.
PS- All that is just my assumption, could be entirely wrong 😆
