I always thought that aditya would be the first to be in love and realize it because although he loved pooja, he wasn't in love with her unlike zoya with yash. The track and the fact that he wants to confess is normal, the only thing I didn't like is that she told him many times that she doesn't want love and marriage in her life so why not ask her why? (Though it's obvious) and if she thinks she'll be ready someday?

He'll give her time, anjana will make him do it. Remember the promise she had of aditya. She will use it.

yeah I think adiya didn't get that kind of time to actually sit down and talk about all this. By the time aditya realised his love arshad made an entry. After arshad he has been occupied only with that. He surely should have asked her maybe he would have after confessing to Zoya and she rejected him. He would have tried to understand and maybe stayed a friend but arshad changed all that equation
