He gets movies because

1)there are few creative people still left in the industry who considers movies as art and want to produce quality movies...it's not just business for them.

2) because there are few people who think content is the king..

3)because there are people who are passionate about film making but can't afford stars so have to go with actors like Rajkumar.

There have been history of many low budget content driven movies being well accepted and they are hoping for their movie to become one among them.
